One cup of plain greek yogurt, one strawberry, and one kiwi. Slice it up and sprinkle some flax or chia seeds on top and you have a perfect fulfilling dessert. Tip: Individually packed greek yogurt is twice as expensive as the one in the large plastic jars! The ones in the 32oz jars are well worth it, and great for post workout to replace a protein shake.
