 Im Semhar, and I’m pretty thrilled that you made it here. I was born and raised in Nashville, TN. and love it so much I have yet to leave. Disclaimer: I don’t own a pair of cowboy boots nor do I have a country accent. Hope you’re not disappointed! I have a wonderful husband, Daniel, and a sweet dog son Lou!

My initial vision for Eat Pray Inspire was to help people live happier lifestyles with their health in mind. Fortunately, I’ve found so many other positive things to post which, I’d like to say, is where the inspire piece plays in. I see myself constantly evolving  and I think reflection and inspiration from others has been key in that growth.  I believe in overall wellness and willpower. Willpower can give you anything your little heart desires.  Eat, pray, and inspire everyone!
